Customers access our online service portal through the website, where they can browse different service categories based on their needs and place orders for household services using their personal devices. Once the order is placed by the client, the data is transmitted to a central system known as the “order manager” within our CRM software. After the order is validated in the system, an SMS and WhatsApp notification will be sent to the customer, confirming that their order has been successfully processed. At this point, the service order can be assigned to the vendor. Once assigned, automated messaging with all necessary details will be sent to both the client and the vendor. After the work is completed, the vendor will update the status and payment through the vendor app, which will automatically sync with the CRM software. The entire “Technician Squad” process—ranging from service booking to work completion—is fully automated, integrating SMS, WhatsApp, and the payment gateway.
